For all of us in the journey of life have hurts, hang-ups, and habits we must deal with., Jesus said, "It's not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick." (Mark 2:17) That's why he left home, to minister to those who were hurting and needed his healing touch.
Te goal of this series is not simply to help people recover from their pastsins and hurts. The goal is to teach individuals to make healing choices that will help one become Christ-like in characater. We'll be looking at the beatitudes, for in this teaching Jesus communicates God's blessings to those who realize their need for help. When we reach the end of our rope and give up our self-sufficiency, God can powerfully do His work. For God is all about bringing healing, growth, and maturity to our lives.
